The Aegean Center for the Fine Arts

The Aegean Center for the Fine Arts founded and established in Paros over 40 years ago continues its tradition in offering small-group intensive study in the fine arts. Study abroad programs for university students fall & spring. The center is housed in a restored Neoclassical building in the heart of the Old Town of Parikia, which also operates as an art gallery in the summer.

American Summer Dance Program

Former Joffrey Ballet ballerina Carole Valleskey, a resident of Paros, will offer week-long classes with live musical accompaniment and a culminating presentation. The athletic, high energy dance style is based on child-friendly choreography, suited to boys and girls, and allows all children to experience success. Come join in the joy! July 10-15 and July 17-22 , at Mythodia Conservatory, Monday-Saturday 10-12.

Municipal Library

The Paros Municipal Library offers a well-structured collection of Greek books and magazine subscriptions for kids and adults. Also available: some books & magazine titles in various languages. Internet access for members. Guided online searches in other libraries. The library holds the largest collection on books on the Cyclades. Church of "a Hundred Doors" - Ekatontapyliani

One of the oldest and best preserved Christian monuments in the world, built in the Byzantine times, bears many legends and boasts on its rare icons. Pieces from former ancient temple are seen inside the church and the courtyard where the church's Byzantine Museum is also located.
