PILATES WITH JOSEFINE ARVANITI

Pilates is a unique method for strengthening the whole body using a combination of techniques. It was created and developed in the beginning of the 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Since then hundreds of people have enjoyed its benefits and literally adored this method. The variety of exercises is unlimited beginning with the basic level up to the advanced level. The adjustment of the exercising program to the needs of each individual is critical for its efficiency, so the training is personal.

A mechanical device called the Rehab Rerformer (Rehabilitation Reformer) is used offering the possibility for a varied training program. Pilates is an experience both for your mind and body. Try it! The first lesson is free. At the end of the hour long program, Josefine gives a 5 minute massage.
