Nick's Hamburgers was established in 1977 by Nick, a Greek American returning to his roots. It is famed for being the first hamburger restaurant in the Cyclades. Nick decided to return to the United States in 1995 to study journalism, leaving his restaurant in the capable hands of Michalis, who has continued in the original tradition of Nick.
