Bethlehem Townhouse

Built in 1600 – Renovated in 2016: Bethlehem townhouse can accommodate four persons in 2 bedrooms on two floors.
Nestled within the archaeological settlement of the old town of Parikia, at the end of the pedestrian market street, amongst ancient monuments – in an area preserved and protected by Greek and EU laws – it is a unique building. We call it Bethlehem, named after the adjacent small old chapel.
The space
The design delicately incorporates the careful pairing of the old and new elements. The reinforced stone walls are complemented with local marble, stylish furniture, natural colours and fabrics enhanced with darker accents to create a traditionally simple, yet modern, townhouse.
The outdoor terrace and porch give the house an airy feeling while preserving a sense of privacy.
Guest access
The house is only accessible by foot, scooter or tricycle as cars are not allowed inside the old town. A short 5 minute walk away is the port, Parikia. The distance to the seafront and the nearest beach from the house is about 250 meters.
