Villa Aktaia is at the end of Livadia Beach – a relaxing 10min. seaside walk to the port and town center. All along the seafront, there is a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Paros Nautical Club, with swimming & sailing lessons, is a few meters away. Near the house, there is also a footpath leading to the sandy beaches of Krios and Marcello, about a 20min. walk.
